We provide true adjustments, and ensure that an insured’s policy is analyzed each and every time a report is prepared. When granted the authority, we communicate with insureds and ensure understanding of our adjustments and coverage determinations, work with contractors to secure agreed scopes and costs and provide a generally excellent product in short order.
We view our function simply: At the direction of our carrier clients, we work with the insureds to assist them in presenting their claims to the carrier in a format and manner that verifies that all parties to the insurance contract are protected and indemnified based upon the policy in force. We ensure that contractors are working within accepted scopes of repair and within reasonable adherence to regional pricing standards and we do our best to ensure and verify that no party is taking advantage of the other. Fair and equitable settlements in a reasonable time frame are our goals; nothing more, nothing less.

Our typical personal lines daily property loss, from receipt of an assignment to a closing report with recommendations, is handled and submitted to the carrier for approval within 5.2 days.*
